This is what we expect
- Several years of relevant work experience in interior design in the position of estimator/project manager/purchasing and subcontracting.
- Experience in negotiations, vendor management and contract management.
- Experience with value engineering and cost optimization without loss of quality in interior design is a strong plus.
- Analytical ability, with an eye for detail when performing sample calculations and reviewing quotes.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple trajectories simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Minimum college education/work and thinking level.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
